By using this website and placing an order you agree to these Terms. This staging site is for evaluation; production domain and selling entity details may be updated before go-live.

Products

Opeau Rose is an at-home IPL device sold for cosmetic permanent hair reduction. It is not a medical device consultation. You are responsible for checking suitability (skin/hair, contraindications) before use and for following the user manual.

Orders & pricing

Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Staging may show a provisional price. We may refuse or cancel orders (fraud risk, stock, pricing error). Payment is collected by Stripe and/or PayPal when enabled.

Shipping

See the Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes according to the carrier terms after handover; use tracking. Duties/taxes may apply in your country.

Returns

Governed by the Returns, Refunds & Warranty page. Change-of-mind outside the stated guarantee is not accepted.

Intellectual property

Opeau branding, site content, and product imagery are owned by us or our licensors. Do not reuse without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including consumer guarantees where they apply).

Governing law

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Singapore, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Venue details to be confirmed with the selling entity before go-live.
