Free shipping

Orders to the United States, United Kingdom, European Union and similar destinations we serve ship free. Historical China outbound freight (~US$35 per unit) is included in the product price.

Where we ship from

Opeau Rose units are fulfilled from our partner warehouse in China. Devices are Opeau-branded. Choose the correct plug type (US / EU / UK) at checkout.

Dispatch & transit

Dispatch: we aim to hand orders to the courier within about 3 business days of payment clearance (up to ~10 business days in peak periods).
Transit: typically about 7–15 business days after dispatch via international courier (often DHL or similar).
Customs clearance and local holidays can add time and are excluded from these estimates.

Tracking

You’ll receive tracking by email when available. Allow a few business days after dispatch for the first scan. No tracking after 7 business days of ordering? Email support with your order number.

Duties & taxes

Import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country and whether the shipment is DDP or DDU. We will clarify Incoterms before go-live; on staging, treat duties as buyer-responsible unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Double-check your plug variant before purchase. If we shipped the wrong plug relative to your order, contact support@opeau.com promptly with your order number.
