Jennie’s Vaseline Body-Care Routine: What She Uses, and the US Versions

Jennie of BLACKPINK has been Vaseline’s Global Ambassador for its Body Care Collection since May 2026. That matters for how you read this guide: her comments about the products are part of a commercial partnership, not an independent review.

On Nov. 3, 2026 she shared a Vaseline campaign photo set on Instagram, set in a garden, with the caption “The only two ways I know how to heal,” according to Hello! US. Interest followed quickly. Below we cover what she has said about her routine, why the Vaseline line she names is hard to find in the US, and the closest US options, with a few alternatives if you prefer fragrance-free.

What’s confirmed (and what isn’t)

Jennie’s body-care routine, in her own words

In the announcement coverage, Jennie said she enjoys sauna sessions and cold plunges, and that afterward she reaches for a moisturizing lotion “to lock in the glow.” That is the whole routine she has described: heat or cold, then lotion. We did not find a more detailed step list, so we are not inventing one.

On her favorite, she said: “Gluta-Hya is one of my favorites because it’s light, never sticky and leaves my skin feeling hydrated and dewy” (Hypebae, May 26, 2026). Fernando Kahane, Vaseline’s Global Brand VP, said in the brand’s announcement: “Jennie naturally reflects that confidence and effortless glow.” The campaign hashtag is #LoveVaselineLikeJENNIE.

What Gluta-Hya is (and why it’s hard to find in the US)

According to Unilever USA, Gluta-Hya was “Developed by Unilever scientists to address skincare needs specific to hot and humid climates.” It uses serum-burst technology and launched in Thailand in 2021; Unilever says the range has since reached 22 markets. Vaseline’s UK page for Gluta-Hya Dewy Radiance Serum Burst Lotion says the formula “bursts into water droplets, leaving behind a soft, velvety feel,” and lists hyaluron, niacinamide and Vaseline Jelly. Its ingredient list includes glycerin, sodium hyaluronate, glutathione, petrolatum and fragrance.

In Asia the line is marketed around “radiance” and “brightness.” We are describing feel and moisture here, not any change in skin tone.

In our check on Nov. 4, 2026, Vaseline’s US site lists Pro VitaB3, not Gluta-Hya. On Amazon.com, the Gluta-Hya listings we found were imported stock from third-party sellers, and the main listing we looked at was no longer available. We are not linking any of them. Imported versions can differ by market, so if you buy one, check the seller, the packaging and the expiry date. Pro Derma, the other line Jennie fronts, which Vaseline describes as aimed at “dryness and dullness,” was also not on the US site in our check.

The closest US version: Vaseline Pro VitaB3

Vaseline’s US range page describes Pro VitaB3 as a “lotion-to-serum sensory that bursts into water droplets and absorbs instantly, leaving behind a soft velvet feel.” Vaseline lists vitamin B3 (niacinamide), hyaluronic acid and “Ultra-Hydrating Lipids,” and says its antioxidant complex provides “10x more antioxidant power than Vitamin C.” That is a brand claim we have not verified. The range is described as paraben-free and dermatologist-tested.

There are two variants. Luminous Glow smells of tangerine, peach, freesia, rose, cedarwood and musk. Supple & Soft is “inspired by bellinis,” with citrus, apple, red berries, muguet and creamy vanilla. The texture description is similar to Gluta-Hya’s, but the formulas are not the same, so treat it as a close cousin, not a copy.

How to build a similar routine

Brand directions on the bottles come first. The steps below are our suggestion, based on common practice, not Vaseline’s instructions.

1. Shower or wash as usual, then pat dry so your skin is still slightly damp.
2. Apply a lightweight lotion over your body. Pro VitaB3 is the nearest US match to the serum-burst feel.
3. For a richer finish in cold weather, use a cream instead.
4. On very dry spots such as elbows and heels, many people add a thin layer of petroleum jelly over lotion.
5. Patch test a new product on a small area first and wait a day.
6. If your skin is sensitive, choose a fragrance-free option.
